  • Do we need to be a member of i-CAMPEx in order to avail consultation services?
  • - No, not necessarily. However, if you’re an official member of i-CAMPEx there will be special privileges and discounts given. To become a member and know its benefits just simply log in for a New Member Menu and fill up the data sheet. You will then receive a confirmation email for your approved application.

  • When and how shall I pay the consultation fee?
  • - Once our helpdesk will receive and log your queries, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 8-hour. This mail contents your formal queries and issues need to be serve by our consultant. It also includes the estimated number of hours needed to process a solution for each of your query and the corresponding target schedules and activities required to arrive a modular approach. Together herewith is our basic rate per hour to give you a tentative consultation fee computation and its schedule of payment.

    - If you agree the solution proposal then, you will be directed to e-payment screen entry using your credit card or debit card facility.

  • Who shall be my consultant?
  • - Upon making an official payment, you will again receive a confirmation email from us stating the summary of payment and services offered. This mail also includes the officially assigned consultant to handle your registered query and issues. Contact number and email address of the consultant will be given to you to facilitate instructions and monitoring the solutions.

  • Can I directly call my assigned consultant if I have some doubts with a given instruction?

  • - Yes, you can. It is your prerogative to make a point of clarification in every instruction relayed to you by our consultant. We are solutions provider. Our quality service and on-time response, for your at most satisfaction.

  • Can I ask for a customized services?
  • - Yes, definitely. However, you need to clarify that during your first call and communication inquiry with our helpdesk. This is the critical period to explain what you want for a solution, so our consultant can design the best acceptable level of process solution from your resources.

  • How do we communicate with the assigned consultant?
  • - You can call by landline phone or mobile phone. You may also email, use IM or select video conferencing. All the needed access number of our consultant will be given to you in the confirmation letter of agreement once official payment is made.
